• Data Driven Decision Making.   Monitor goals and provide feedback by planning and implementing an assessment and a record keeping system that provides timely feedback on specific areas of knowledge and skills for each student, each class and, the whole school.  This element is critical to improved performance.
• Response to Intervention:  This service provides practical guidance for implementing an RTI framework or system within a school.  Particular attention is given to dealing with social issues which include personal views, interaction patterns, and contextual features of a school’s climate. If large numbers of students are performing below basic and far below basic, teachers may need to deepen their knowledge of reading and improve instructional practices in this domain to affect lasting, systemic improvement in students' reading performance. 

School Site Plan Development . This service guides and supports the school in developing one or more the following types of plans:

• Long-term strategic planning that aligns the schools, mission, vision, goals, resources and measures.

• School-wide and individual professional development programs with a focus on meaningful activities that directly enhance instruction. We can provide professional training, assist you in finding outside sources and  in developing site based expertise as a part of the process of creating a professional learning community.
• Program improvement planning focused on creating a realistic plan--based on indentified needs--designed to result in incremental improve in all critical elements impacting a schools performance.  This includes identifing and replacing policies, programs, and procedures which may impede growth with those that support and sustain a vibrant positive learning environment.
